Our Purpose
The ideals of the Militia consist in living the Gospel according to one's own state in life, with the help of Dominican spirituality and the spirit of chivalry, sometimes with vows in practicing doctrinal formation, Marian devotion, and social justice in rightful collaboration with the initiatives of the Pontifical Council for the Laity on which depends the Militia of Jesus Christ.
Our essential purpose, fundamentally tied to our very existence, is the Reign of the Divine Redeemer, Christ the King, in the heart of society. It is for this which we fought and died in the past. It is for this that we work today. It is for this that we may again be called to take up the sword.
